Jen brings to her client engagements nearly a decade of combined experience as both a consultant and an in-the-trenches fundraiser. She has particular expertise in relationship-based fundraising where giving is a result of meaningful, long-term engagements. Jen’s analytical mind—she is known for being able to quickly identify the gaps in a development program and propose the most effective solutions—is equally matched by her inquisitive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Before joining Collins Group, Jen was a Gift Officer at the Seattle Symphony where she successfully stewarded new and existing Founders Circle members and major donors; helped to strategize around and bring in five-figure gifts and above; and managed fundraising, benefit, and cultivation events.
