JoAnn has 35 years of experience working with individuals and organizations on building leadership capacity and change management for strategic impact. JoAnn was a principal consultant at Collins Group 15 years ago and recently returned to consulting at Collins. In the interim, she most recently directed an executive coaching firm focused on accelerating performance and results in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Prior to that, she was Campaign Project Director at Seattle Children’s Hospital and then Senior Director of Development at Group Health Foundation.
For her nonprofit clients, JoAnn brings a wealth of corporate experience as a top-rated “manager of managers” as well as specific expertise in maximizing ongoing fund development programs and strategy and management for major fundraising campaigns.
